We are seeking a Sales star to join our team in the USA.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing growth and retention across all industries across North America.   In this role, you will work closely with potential and existing clients consulting on the implementation of localization solutions including API, various website extensions and general translations.  The variety and challenges posed from our customers is wide and there is great opportunity to meet and exceed their expectations with our suite of technical solutions.

This is a remote working position from your home office.  You will be supported by a global team with a wealth of knowledge to assist you in delivering the best possible solutions for our growing client base.


  • 1-4 years of B2B sales or retention experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with many initiatives in the air

Preferred but not required:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA and OKR frameworks
  • Strong ability to manipulate files within Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity working with large corporate clients
  • Localization or linguistic background


  • Meet monthly and yearly sales retention and growth goals
  • Cultivate genuine expertise of localization solutions specific to your client base
  • Develop streamlined client solutions to reduce/avoid manual effort for all parties
  • Provide timely service to prospective and existing clients
  • Communicate effectively with different departments to provide client solutions
  • Represent Straker at on-site visits
  • Be a team player – Straker is a company that values a culture of pitching in wherever needed
